The RADAR platform (“the Service”) is published by Kazar Immobilier, operating under the trade name “RADAR”, accessible via the domain radar-immo.fr. Contact: kazar.hamid@live.fr.

RADAR is a professional tool for the continuous (24/7) analysis and detection of real estate opportunities, aimed at professionals and investors. These terms govern access to and use of the Service, including the free trial and paid subscriptions.

RADAR offers a genuine free trial lasting 60 minutes, with no credit card required. The countdown starts when you launch your first search.

The trial requires creating an account with accurate information (name, e-mail, phone) and verification via a code sent by e-mail and/or SMS. Only one trial is allowed per person, per e-mail address, per phone number and per device.

At the end of the trial, access to opportunity details (original link, contact details, full analysis) is locked; results already obtained remain viewable in a masked form until a plan is subscribed.

Full access to the Service requires a paid subscription, according to the plans and prices shown on the “Plans” page. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe).

Firm and mandatory 12-month commitment. Any subscription, regardless of the plan, is entered into for a firm and mandatory commitment period of twelve (12) months.

• On the monthly plan, the customer is charged each month but remains committed for 12 months.
• On the annual plan, payment is made once for the year, at a discounted rate equivalent to 10.5 monthly payments (i.e. 1.5 months free).
• A cancellation request made before the end of the 12 months does not immediately stop charges: the monthly payments still due until the end of the commitment continue to be charged.
• Cancellation takes effect only on the commitment end date (12 months after subscribing).
• The exact commitment end date is displayed at all times in your account (“My subscription”).
• At the end of the 12 months, the subscription may be renewed under the conditions then in force, unless a cancellation is applied at the term.

Billing. An official invoice is generated and sent automatically by e-mail after each successful payment (monthly, annual or renewal). Each invoice states the provider's and the customer's details, a unique number, the payment date, the plan subscribed, the billed period, the amount excl. tax, the applicable VAT and the amount incl. tax, the payment method, and a note on the 12-month commitment for monthly payments. Invoices can be downloaded at any time from your account.

We collect and process your personal data (identity, contact details, connection and usage data) in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Purposes: account creation and management, identity verification, provision of the Service, billing, abuse prevention (device fingerprint), communication and support.

Legal basis: performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interest in securing the Service.

Retention: your data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then archived according to the applicable legal periods.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise these rights, contact kazar.hamid@live.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).

The Service uses technical cookies necessary for its operation (session, authentication) as well as a technical device fingerprint intended to prevent free-trial abuse. No data is resold to third parties.

The opportunities presented come from public and professional sources. Each listing indicates its source, its original link, its date and a contact type. RADAR makes every effort to ensure the reliability of the information but does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of data from third-party sources. Any unverifiable data is flagged as “Unverified source”.

RADAR is a decision-support tool. The analyses and scores provided do not constitute investment advice. The user remains solely responsible for their decisions and for the checks required prior to any real estate transaction.

All elements of the Service (brand, interface, texts, analyses, code) are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction or reuse is prohibited.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action, before the competent courts.
